Royal Mail sends tracking updates directly to the email and/or mobile number you provide at checkout. We pass these details to Royal Mail — we do not personally send tracking information.
If You’re Not In
No signature is required. Where possible, Royal Mail will deliver to your letterbox. Otherwise, they may deliver to a neighbour or a designated safe place.
Delays & Losses
Most Tracked 24 parcels arrive next working day. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days from dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate.
Tip: If you don’t see a Royal Mail email/SMS, check spam/junk and confirm the contact details used at checkout.
Returns & Order Issues
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for items damaged in transit or order discrepancies.
- For safety and integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products.
